1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service apply when you download, access, or use the Moc Android application or browse the Moc product website. Moc is developed and operated by Feng Li Jin under the Byte Nomad brand. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Feng Li Jin as the operator of Moc.
By using Moc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Permission to use Moc
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Moc for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, interfere with, or create derivative versions of Moc except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Moc, its visual assets, trademarks, software, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Device and account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Android device and Google account. Rooting a device, disabling platform security, or installing software from untrusted sources may affect security and app operation.
You are also responsible for obtaining permission from the device or account owner when you are not that person.
4. Network access
Some features, advertising, purchase verification, remote configuration, diagnostics, and external links require internet access. Your network provider may charge for data, roaming, or other services. We are not responsible for those charges or for reduced functionality caused by unavailable connectivity.
5. Moc Pro and Google Play purchases
Moc Pro is currently offered through Google Play as a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. It unlocks Pro clock configurations and customization options and removes ads in the app.
Prices and transaction terms are shown by Google Play and may vary by location, currency, taxes, and account. Purchases, refunds, billing disputes, and payment processing are subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.
The app checks Google Play for eligible prior purchases. Restoration requires access to the Google account used for the original purchase and availability of Google Play services.
6. Advertising and third-party services
The free version of Moc may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Moc also uses Google Play Services and Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and remote configuration.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service, Google Play Terms, Google AdMob terms, and Firebase terms.
7. App changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Moc to improve the product, address security or compatibility issues, comply with legal obligations, or respond to platform changes.
We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that Moc will work on every Android device or Android version. Updates may be required to continue using the app.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Moc or the website to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt services, introduce malicious software, probe security, impersonate others, or misuse support channels.
9. No warranty
Moc and the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that all errors will be corrected.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Moc, third-party services, network availability, device failure, or reliance on the app.
11. Ending use
You may stop using Moc at any time and uninstall the app. We may restrict or end access when required by law, platform rules, security concerns, service discontinuation, or a material violation of these terms.
When use ends, the permission granted under these terms ends. Pro purchase records and refund rights remain subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, website, business model, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective and last updated dates identify the current published version. Continuing to use Moc after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
